DepositProof (“the App”) is a rental move-in condition record and deposit evidence app provided by Moonworks (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.

The App does not provide its own account registration system or mandatory cloud sync server.
The App uses information only to provide its features, including:
Most records are stored locally on your device. This includes property information, address, contract and contact notes, zones and checklists, photos, PDF reports, and app settings.
The current version does not upload your rental records, photos, or PDF reports to a backend server operated by the App.
When you capture photos or use save features, the App may request permissions depending on the platform, including:
These permissions are used to let you capture move-in condition photos, save selected files, or include photos in reports.
If you share a PDF, the report file and the information inside it may be sent to the app or service you choose in the system share sheet.
The free version may display Google AdMob native ads. The App requests non-personalized ads, but Google AdMob may still process limited technical information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and error handling.

The App may offer a paid unlock product named deposit_proof_pro_lifetime. Purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number or payment method details. Payment processing and purchase records are handled under the applicable app store policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide addresses, contract information, photos, or PDF reports stored in the App to third parties for advertising purposes.
Limited information may be processed by third-party service providers for the following features:
Local data may remain on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the device’s app data, or uninstall the App. Depending on your platform backup settings, some data may be included in device backups.
Because the App does not store your rental records on its own server, we cannot directly delete local data from your device by email request alone.
The App is a rental condition record tool and is not directed to children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App features, legal requirements, or store policies change. If important changes are made, the updated version will be reflected in the App or related store materials.
