Privacy Policy
Routine Checklist - To-Do & Daily Habits (the “App”) values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and stored, and what rights users have.
- Login information: user identifier (
uid) through Firebase Authentication, and email address when provided
- Service usage information: data entered by the user in the app, such as routines, topics, and check records
- Health-related information: health or lifestyle-related routines, memos, and check records voluntarily entered by the user (for example exercise, sleep, diet, medication, or weight management)
- Technical information: minimum device and log information required for crash handling, service operation, and security
- Information directly entered by the user (routines, records, memos, and similar content)
- Information provided by authentication providers during Google or Apple sign-in
3. Purposes of Use
- To identify members and maintain sign-in status
- To provide routine management features, including saving, viewing, and statistics
- To store, display, and analyze health or lifestyle-related routines and records
- To support cross-device sync and data backup through Firebase Firestore
- To improve service quality, respond to errors, and maintain security
4. Storage and Processing Location
- App data is stored locally on the device first using SQLite.
- When a user signs in, some data may be synced to Firebase Firestore.
- Health-related information voluntarily entered by the user may also be stored locally or synced to Firebase Firestore when sign-in is used.
- Data is retained until the purpose of use has been fulfilled, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Third-Party Sharing and Processors
The App uses the following services, and information may be processed under each provider’s policies.
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore)
- Apple Sign in with Apple (iOS sign-in)
Processing standards for each service follow the relevant provider’s privacy policy.
The App does not sell user-entered health-related data to third parties.
6. User Rights
Users may request the following at any time.
- Access to, correction of, or deletion of their data
- Account sign-out and unlinking
Requests may be submitted through the contact channel below and will be handled within a reasonable period.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children when such collection is prohibited or specially protected under applicable law.
8. Security Measures
The App applies reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including access control, authentication-based access, and protection of data in transit.
- The App does not directly read health information from health data platforms such as Health Connect, Google Fit, or Apple Health.
- However, if a user directly enters health or lifestyle-related content into the App, that information may be processed only for routine management, statistics, synchronization, and backup purposes.
- If the user does not enter health-related content, the App does not collect such information.
- Users may request deletion of related information, or remove it directly, through in-app record deletion, sign-out, or account deletion features.
10. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated due to legal or service changes. If there is a material change, notice will be provided through the App or the store listing.
